Are there setup fees?

Yes, each package includes a one-time setup fee to cover onboarding, account configuration, and campaign foundation work. Setup fees range from $199 (Starter) to $1,299 (Market Leader). Multi-Market and Franchise setups are quoted custom, starting at $2,500.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

What is the minimum commitment?

Content begins working as soon as it is published, but the strongest results come from consistency over time. LAE requires an initial 120-day commitment so the system has enough time to build consistent authority signals. After the initial term, clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

How does the 'Add-on' billing work?

Additional Local Authority Packages are $225 each. Each package includes one AEO/GEO article, one Google Business Profile post copy asset, one social media post, SEO metadata, FAQ content, image direction, and internal link recommendations. Additional packages can be requested as needed through your dashboard.

Is WordPress Connected LAE available on every package?

No. WordPress Connected LAE is available starting with the Growth package and above. The Starter package is DIY only — you'll receive export-ready content assets to publish manually. If you're on Starter and want WordPress-connected delivery, you can upgrade to Growth or a higher package at any time.

Can I get a custom API integration into my CMS?

Custom API integration into a CMS is available by consultation on the Authority, Dominator, Market Leader, and Multi-Market/Franchise packages. It's evaluated case by case to make sure it fits your platform and workflow — talk to us to see if it's a fit for your account.
